In the Studio

Just had a great weekend ministering in North Carolina, flew south last night.

I am writing from sunny Tampa Florida at Rain Music Studio with my friend Nick Coetzee.  We are recording a new project in partnership with EME ministries based in Athens, Greece (check out their web-site on the “Friends”).

I feel the prayers of my friends Gail and Brian and the grace of God on this recording.

These songs will emphasize worship and missions and include several brand new songs including one called “For the Children.”

Stay tuned and pray for us if you are so inclined.

Post a comment on the blog!

Thanks in advance for telling folks about our new web-site!

blessings,

David B

I happened to see you at my home church, FVC Winterville, NC on Sunday morning. I had seen you awhile back on tv or something, but when you started to sing “Bow Down”, it began to flood my soul and I could remember the words as they began to flood forth from my mouth. I have worked with musicians as a form of ministry for years and I have felt only a few songs just cut into me the way this song just opens me up! All day Monday I was just hummming this song and was glad that when I put in the cd I purchased that it was up there. I have worn that song out already!

As we seek the will of God for our life, I know that the key is getting into the presence of our Abba Father. The “Saints and Angels give You Glory….”, so who are we not to pour out of our hearts and relinquish what our will may be so that Your will can have its way in our lives. I pray that the Father’s consuming fire would forever consume me. I pray for His will to be exposed to all involved and that we would have the strength to “Run beyond the open door!”

Thank you for your gift and for allowing me to remember a night some time back in which I praised God to your song before and for stirring it up again. Be blessed in your travels!

Thank you John for the encouragement!

Even when we don’t have the strength, He carries us. I am so glad that God is so big, and so good!

    Blessings right back at you!

    Hey David..
Looked at the site.. Looks great !! Like the blog idea.. I have been blogging for only a little while and I have met people from all over the world.. Great way to share the gospel, and keep people in touch..

We are going to a new church now called the Rock of Northeast Arkansas. It was cool how all that came about. Our worship leader is Mark Willett.. I don’t know if you know him or not.. Anyway, I’m sure we would love to have you come.. Shoot me an email. Also, I have been mulling over a song idea in my head about the “Incredible Uniqueness of the Mundane”. I wrote a little about on my blog.. See what you think..

Val and I think about you often.. pray for you and yours always.. and look forward to seeing you again..

    Blessings.
    Bobby

Hi. Last night I heard you and your wife in Florence, AL. Also, the Elijah’s Mantle Worship Chorus. I must tell you that it was one of the most Spiritual Experiences I have ever had! God’s Holy Grace filled the place and I was moved beyond words. Thanks so much. Also, I would love to know the name of the woman who sang the solos. She reminded me of Celine Dion, only she was much better. Both of these women’s voices were so amazing and awesome I couldn’t believe my ears. She and your wife. Normally, I do not go out to functions like this, but I am so glad that I did. I must say that it was waaay tooo loud and cold there though, and I had to leave early. (I’m OLD!) haha Felt bad about that. Keep up the excellent plus work!!!!!!!!! May God Bless you now and forever!!!!
