Dance War- I’m a Proud Dad!

Wow!!
I just got finished watching my daughter on the new ABC show- “Dance War: Bruno vs. Carrie Ann”.
Charity auditioned here in Nashville a few months ago and has been in L.A. for the last month (except for a brief and sweet Christmas break here with us in Franklin) rehearsaing and working toward the show. We knew she was in the top 14 but had signed a confidentiality agreement that we couldn’t talk about it so as not to spoil the suspense of the first show.

Well, now I can talk about it! Charity is in the final 14 and we are believing that she will be on the final winning team of 7. Please pray for her for health and strength and Divine connections and that God will be glorified in her and this opportunity.
It was very gratifying to see her do so well and look so beautiful and vibrant. I am a proud Papa and you should have heard Rita scream with delight when I called her right after the show!

Anyway for you American bloggers, the next 6 Mondays the show is on ABC for one hour starting at 8 P:M Eastern time. If you are so inclined, cast your vote for the team that Charity is on. If you are not so inclined, get over it and vote for her anyway!

One final thought: Pray for us as we gather in Nashville this week for the Worship Institute Summit this Thursday thru Saturday.

Godrest and Godspeed,
David Baroni

Hi David! When I was watching the show tonight and I heard Charity say “My dad is a contemporary Christian artist” and I saw you and Rita — I thought… “OH MY GOSH, it’s DAVID!!” It was great seeing your smiling face. You could see the love and pride shining in your eyes.

Best of luck to Charity. I will be cheering her on all the way!

    Godspeed Charity!
